The organization operates in the technology sector, focusing on data products designed for electric utilities, government agencies, emergency-management organizations, and other institutional customers. It addresses challenges in monitoring and analyzing electric utility systems to enhance safety and operational efficiency, aiming to reduce risks such as electrical fires through innovative data solutions.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, delivery, and ongoing customer success of data product programs. This role is critical in ensuring customer programs are executed effectively, supporting adoption, and maximizing the value customers gain from the products. The position serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates across multiple internal teams to maintain alignment and progress.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily delivery of customer programs from kickoff to ongoing operation, maintaining clear plans and tracking progress.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including product access, data delivery, documentation, and training to ensure customer readiness.
- Establish regular communication with customers to understand goals, track adoption, and facilitate value realization.
- Serve as the first point of contact for program questions and product issues, coordinating resolution with technical teams.
- Monitor program health, including implementation progress, product usage, risks, and feedback, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and others to align work and meet program objectives.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product and experience improvement.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in program management, implementation, customer success, or related roles within B2B technology, SaaS, or data environments.
- Experience supporting technology or data programs for electric utilities or similar institutional/public-sector customers; direct electric utility experience preferred.
- Strong customer-success focus with the ability to understand and help customers achieve their goals.
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in data products, analytics platforms, APIs, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify risks early, and ensure commitments are met.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership and coordination.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range for this role is: 85,000-100,000 USD per year (Remote - United States).
