The Role

We are seeking Transportation Contract and Billing Analysts in the United States to join Trans Audit, the worldwide leader in global transportation post audit services. Our Clients span virtually all industries and include Fortune 500 and Global 1000 entities and privately held companies, most having an international presence.

Preferred locations: Houston, Dallas, Chicago, and St. Louis

Our Team

Trans Audit’s highly skilled team of transportation and logistics experts come from varied backgrounds from shippers, carriers, finance, accounting, and service providers. You will join a global team that is Client-centric and works holistically to better serve our Clients. We provide monetary returns and greater awareness into client operations by supplying valuable insights allowing for root cause analysis and the ability to correct recurring billing and payment errors.

About You

You are a graduate with an Associate, Bachelor’s degree or experience commensurate with such
You have studied or have knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related courses
You have a knowledge of contracts and experience in identifying discrepancies between contractual terms and billing
You have outstanding analytical skills and are able to identify anomalies in large data sets using Excel, Access, and or Power BI
You can identify trends and errors and have a great understanding of transportation carrier contracts and rates
You have proficiency and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and tools
You are organized, possess attention to detail, and are motivated to work independently
You have a strong desire to succeed and are motivated by performance-based compensation where earnings are linked to your individual efforts and not limited
