SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

• - Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Process mutual fund trades and settlements.
• Investigate and resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies.
• Handle FundSERV transactions and money movements.
• Use Excel macros to support operational processes.
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory procedures.
• MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots, macros)
• Banking/Financial experience: 2-3 years
• Tech Savvy- ability to pick up internal systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel).
