Technology Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support a large enterprise mobility environment with more than 11,000 mobile devices. This role will combine day-to-day operational support with project-based work focused on device management, usage analysis, reporting, technology initiatives, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple technical and business teams, and able to independently investigate issues and carry assignments through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise mobility devices including cell phones, tablets, hotspots, Cradlepoints, paging devices, and push-to-talk technology.
• Perform device and service usage audits to identify opportunities to cancel, replace, trade in, or optimize underused services.
• Manage a mix of planned project work and unplanned operational requests.
• Coordinate smaller technology projects and initiatives that may not have a dedicated Project Manager.
• Partner across departments and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure tasks are fully completed.
• Maintain and analyze mobility-related data and reporting using Excel, including pivot tables.
• Assist with mobile device enrollment and management through Microsoft Intune.
• Support reporting and analysis using Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Research unfamiliar technologies and independently determine appropriate next steps.
• Assist with mobility-related initiatives, deployments, and go-live activities as needed.

Required Experience:

• Strong Excel skills, including hands-on experience with pivot tables.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple departments or technical teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Nashville, TN.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile device management or enterprise mobility technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI/reporting tools.
• Healthcare IT experience.

Logistics:

• 9-month contract with potential conversion to full-time employment.
• Onsite five days per week in Nashville, TN.
• Initial interview expected to be approximately 30 minutes and conducted in person.
