Technical Recruiter - Data Centers

Our client, one of the largest nationwide technical staffing companies in the U.S., is looking for an experienced Data Center Recruiter to support a major contract with a national data center contractor.

This position requires someone who has specifically recruited technical professionals for the data center industry, including engineers, technicians, and other technical personnel at multiple levels. The client has an immediate need for recruiters who understand the data center environment and can identify qualified professionals quickly.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit engineers, technicians, and other technical professionals for data center positions
• Source and identify candidates across multiple technical skill levels
• Support recruiting efforts for a major national data center contractor
• Utilize prior knowledge of the data center industry to locate qualified candidates

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience within the data center industry
• Experience recruiting engineers, technicians, and other technical personnel
• Strong understanding of data center roles and the professionals required to support these environments
• Proven experience recruiting technical professionals

Compensation

Salary open, plus bonus
