Job description:

• Mandatory Skills: Snowflake development experience
• Motivated and results-driven IT professional with 10+ years of experience as a development and Production Support experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Proficient in Snowflake, ServiceNow, Python, SQL Server.
• Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall software development methodologies, with hands-on experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Experienced in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) support, maintenance, and upgrade initiatives.
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end ETL and data processing solutions.
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) development and AI-driven solution initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Recognized for a positive attitude, strong commitment to delivery excellence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of balancing technical development, production support, and client-facing coordination responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
