• About the Role
• We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on professional who enjoys learning new business domains, solving problems, collaborating with technical teams, and taking ownership of client outcomes.
• This role serves as the bridge between client stakeholders and our Data & Analytics delivery teams. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, QA analysts, architects, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood, solutions align with business objectives, and deliverables provide measurable business value.
• This is not a people management role. This is not a project management role. This is not a solution architecture role.
• We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to roll up their sleeves to understand both the business and technical aspects of a solution.

• What You Will DoUnderstand Business Needs
• Participate in discussions with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Learn the client's business processes, data needs, and success criteria.
• Ask thoughtful questions to clarify requirements and eliminate ambiguity.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business value behind each initiative.
• Improve Requirements Quality
• Partner with Business Analysts and QA team members to create clear, complete, and actionable requirements.
• Help define:
• Business rules
• Data requirements
• Examples and use cases
• Expected results
• Acceptance criteria
• Ensure development teams have sufficient information to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Teams
• Work closely with architects, data engineers, BI developers, and technical leads to understand the proposed solution.
• Learn how the solution works and how business requirements translate into technical implementation.
• Help bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure requirements, assumptions, and expectations remain aligned throughout delivery.
• Drive Client Success
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Validate that delivered solutions align with documented requirements and expected outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing and business validation activities.
• Help identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities before deliverables are presented to the client.
• Focus on delivering measurable business value and a positive client experience.

• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Technical Coordination, Client Success, Solution Consulting, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technologies.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Warehouse, or Cloud Data Platform initiatives.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
• Experience supporting Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other data-driven industries.
