JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support a federal government project for network site activation. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer install location topology as detailed in the pre-order form and advising on the viability of the Starlink solution based on the provided information. You will create and review Scope of Work (SOW) documents, ensuring the accuracy of data captured in Starlink and SDWAN product SOWs. Additionally, you will manage equipment connectivity and activate newly installed Starlink services using the Starlink web portal. As the role expands, you will also perform additional tasks as needed. This position is fully remote with the ability to work your specific time zone.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with Starlink solutions
• Proficient in analyzing technical documentation (such as Scope of Work (SOW) and site readiness forms
• Effective communication and proficient with translating technical terms to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
