Job Description:
- The incumbent must work closely with all Manufacturing departments to fully understand
- the processes and their needs. He must help optimize these processes to improve efficacity,
- productivity, as well as controlling our processes through rigorous analysis, discussions,
- simplification and process automation. The process analyst will play a key role to put in
- place a lean operation system to push for continuous improvement and process control.
- The analyst will contribute to data collection and perform detailed analysis to ensure that
- existing processes are well documented, respect the standards and are maintained. They
- will also identify optimization possibilities and identify corrective actions when deviations
- are noticed. Process optimization might also bring the analyst to drive changes to existing
- digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- • Understand and document standard manufacturing execution processes
- • Analyse manufacturing performance and the adherence to the processes
- • Identify root causes of inefficiencies and variability
- • Identify process improvement opportunities
- • Lead process improvement initiatives using structured methods (Lean, Six Sigma,
- problem-solving)
- • Validate improvements with production teams and ensure sustainable adoption
- • Support controlled rollouts and minimise production disruption
- • Ensure processes and tools simplify work, not add administrative burden
- • Support training and change management
- • Capture feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
- • Participate in putting in place a lean operation system to push continuous
- improvement and control processes
- Minimum Qualifications:
- • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
- • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- • Proven experience in process standardisation and optimisation
- • Strong continuous improvement mindset
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to translate operational reality into clear, standard processes
- • Comfortable working between operations, engineering, and IT
- • Pragmatic, fact-based, and outcome-oriented
- • Able to challenge legacy practices constructively
- • Strong communication and facilitation skills
- • The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet
- deadlines autonomously
- • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- • The ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions
- • Strong knowledge of French, English, both written & spoken.
- • Excellent leadership, teamwork and process management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- • Knowledge of Lean principles (six sigma certification)
- • Experience working with ERP / MES from a business usage perspective
- • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
- • experience working with data, coding and scripting (Python/Java/SQL/VBA) and
- with Microsoft cloud services (Fabric)
- • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
- • Experience in digitalisation
