  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights that support and enhance talent acquisition strategy and decision-making.
  • You will partner closely with stakeholders across the People & Culture organization to develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and high-impact solutions are needed quickly.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition (TA) data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Build and maintain automated and recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Develop and update monthly and quarterly reporting packages and presentations for leadership.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders with accuracy and speed.
  • Create user-friendly, interactive dashboards and advanced reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools, systems, and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve the efficiency of recurring analytics workflows.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, HRIS, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition data analysis, preferably within a contract, project-based, or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel, including:
  • Power Query
  • Power Pivot
  • DAX
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with iCIMS is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
