Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a IT Analyst, Business Analyst or System Analyst to support its Salesforce ecosystem and system initiatives. In this role, you'll wear many hats, providing general IT support, support and optimize Salesforce processes, and develop meaningful reporting. You'll help maintain data integrity, drive reporting insights, and support the broader ecosystem of business applications that connect to Salesforce. Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem including reporting, dashboards, user support, general administration and process optimization.
Works closely with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into system enhancements and reporting solutions.
Supports day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user administration, data quality initiatives, troubleshooting, testing, and adoption efforts.
General IT and Application support.
Experience analyzing data across Salesforce and related business applications to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
Comfortable partnering with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT teams in a cross-functional environment.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; able to validate data, identify trends, and support reporting requests- Tableau experience is a plus.
Exposure to interconnected business applications that integrate with Salesforce, helping support the broader business systems ecosystem.
Requirements:
Approximately 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role.
Experience supporting a Salesforce environment and related applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into reporting and system solutions.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
Proficiency with Excel; SQL exposure is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a business systems and analytics career path.
Must have Trailhead and Superbadges or be a certified Salesforce Administrator.
This role is ideal for someone who has built a foundation in business analysis, enjoys working within the Salesforce ecosystem, and wants to further develop their salesforce administration reporting and analytics experience.
