• Our capital equipment is used by independent chiropractors, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other outpatient healthcare providers across the U.S. With approximately 2,500 active systems in the market, we have built a strong foundation and are entering an exciting phase of growth across both our core and emerging clinical markets.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of accounting records, and providing strategic insights that support decision-making across our healthcare/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical acumen and technical accounting expertise, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting
• · Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• · Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• · Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and income statement flux analyses
• · Support external audits by preparing workpapers and responding to auditor inquiries
• · Assist with NetSuite implementation, including the Revenue and Fixed Asset Modules
• · Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages
• · Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare/manufacturing
• · Prepare executive-level accounting and financial reporting presentations for management and the board of directors

Qualifications

• · CPA certification required
• · 2-4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting, ideally within a
• healthcare or manufacturing environment
• · Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• · Prior experience supporting external audits and SOX compliance preferred

• Technical Skills
• · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and AI
• · Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)

• Education
• · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• · CPA certification required
