System Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

• The Role
• • Provide frontline support for distribution systems and applicable interfaces, including off-hours and weekend support.
• • Build the skill set and knowledge base of planners through continuous improvement training and analysis.
• • Develop and produce distribution Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to maximize continuous improvement efforts.
• • Perform regular data checks and maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently.
• • Drive timely resolution of system performance issues by liaising with IT.
• • Act as a local expert for "what-if" scenarios related to customer master data change requests.

• What You'll Need
• • 2-4 years of prior experience in a fast-paced business logistics and/or supply chain function.
• • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across various organizational levels.
• • Sound knowledge of business principles, processes, and concepts related to manufacturing, service, and distribution facilities.
• • Demonstrated change management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• • Proficient in Google Suite, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI.
• • Experience writing and deploying scripts (specifically Google App Scripts) and deep understanding of API integration processes.
