  • Role Description The HR Analyst will support human resources operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform decision-making and improve people-related processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting HRIS updates, assisting with benefits administration, and preparing reports on workforce metrics such as engagement, retention, and recruitment trends. The role will also involve collaborating with HR and leadership to refine policies, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This is a part-time remote role, requiring proactive communication and independent work habits.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting HR operations or projects.
  • Analytical Skills to gather, interpret, and present HR data, including proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including assistance with enrollment, tracking, and employee queries.
  • Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, audits, and system reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic employment laws and HR best practices; exposure to nonprofit or social impact organizations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
