System Analyst

• We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support the design and optimization of data annotation and review workflows that enable Data Science and AI initiatives. This role will partner closely with Data Science teams to improve operational processes, drive tool adoption, and ensure efficient end-to-end workflow management.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain annotation workflows and review processes.
• Optimize end-to-end workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Partner with Data Science teams to support tool adoption and process improvements.
• Document workflows, process maps, and system requirements using tools such as Visio.
• Analyze and validate data using SQL.
• Support API integrations, data mapping, and system-to-system workflows.
• Required Qualifications:
• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with APIs, data mapping, and systems integration.
• Proficiency with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting data-centric, AI/ML, or operational workflow environments is preferred.
