Job Description:

Lead business and technical alignment for supply-chain data products and KPIs. Define KPI logic, business rules, data requirements, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.

Primary Skills: SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Supply Chain, KPI/metrics, Data Modeling, SQL, Databricks, Stakeholder Management, UAT, Must have Pharma Domain Experience.

• JD Summary
• We are looking for a Supply Chain Data & KPI Lead with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience to bridge business and technical teams in developing and managing supply-chain data products and KPIs.
• The role will focus on defining KPI logic, business rules, data requirements, data models, and source-to-target mappings, while working closely with Supply Chain business stakeholders, SAP teams, data engineers, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and standardize Supply Chain KPIs, Metrics, and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into data and technical requirements.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP data and supply-chain processes.
• Support data modeling, SQL-based data validation, and Databricks data solutions.
• Coordinate and lead UAT with business stakeholders.
• Perform data reconciliation, identify data-quality issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Supply Chain, SAP, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
