MADE Hoops Strategy Analyst Internship Program

Program Overview
MADE Hoops is seeking an analytical, driven Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll research the youth basketball market, analyze performance across events and operations, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role offers a rare look at how a market leader makes strategic decisions, ideal for someone pursuing strategy, consulting, finance, or sports business.

Internship Responsibilities

Research competitors, facilities, and industry trends across North America.
Analyze event, registration, and financial data to identify trends and measure performance.
Help build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear view of key business metrics.
Support cross-functional projects across events, operations, partnerships, and finance.
Develop recommendations on growth opportunities, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare research summaries and presentations for executive review.
Leverage AI tools to automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis.

Requirements: College student, strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, passion for sports, excellent communication skills, self-motivated grinder with second-to-none work ethic.
