Job Description

You will lead end-to-end data delivery projects for the world’s most advanced AI labs, including OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Meta. By managing thousands of expert contributors and refining quality frameworks, you will ensure the high-fidelity human data required to train and evaluate next-generation models across STEM and software engineering domains.

What You Will Do

• Design and manage complex data pipelines from customer specification to final delivery, ensuring total accountability for scope and quality.
• Orchestrate the work of 100–1,000+ distributed domain experts, designing motivation and performance systems to maintain high throughput.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for researchers at top-tier AI labs, converting one-off projects into long-term enterprise partnerships.

• Proven track record in operationally intense environments such as top-tier consulting, finance, or high-growth startups.
• Exceptional analytical ability to diagnose bottlenecks in real-time and communicate complex technical fixes to demanding clients.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with a grit-focused approach to process optimization and quality control.
