About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST role is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of the company's website and eCommerce platform. This position is responsible for identifying and reporting bugs and usability issues, contributing to the delivery of reliable digital products that support the customer experience. It plays a critical role in maintaining high standards amid rapid feature changes and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manually test the website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in an adaptive Agile environment
• Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using Jira
• Collaborate with QA leads, product managers, and developers to resolve issues
• Execute timely testing tasks based on priorities
• Test the eCommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices and multiple browsers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of manual QA testing experience for websites and mobile apps in an eCommerce setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Jira and other QA/development tools
• Solid understanding of Agile workflows and methodologies
• Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams
• Commitment to enhancing the customer experience
• Knowledge of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping
• Recent hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for test script creation, troubleshooting, result analysis, or testing efficiency improvements

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 USD annually
