Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale transformation initiative. This is a complex healthcare project involving cloud database migration and organization change management.

The selected Project Manager will be responsible for leading individual work streams within the project, partnering with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, application teams, consultants, and advisors to ensure successful planning, execution, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned work streams from planning through stabilization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and escalation paths.
  • Drive accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors, application analysts, and organizational leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to program leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field is required.
  • Experience managing large modernization projects.
  • Proven Organizational Change Management experience.
  • Complex, large-scale Epic Project Management experience.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with RBAC and CI/CD.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • CCMP or Prosci certifications are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
