We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Epic Cupid Analyst/Lead Analyst to support a large health system s ongoing Epic Cupid implementation and optimization efforts. The organization is nearing completion of its inpatient Cupid rollout and will begin expanding into ambulatory settings in 2027.

The ideal candidate brings deep Epic Cupid expertise, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to serve as a lead resource, providing guidance on complex build, workflows, integrations, and implementation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead Epic Cupid subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guidance across implementation and optimization initiatives
• Support the final phases of the inpatient Cupid rollout, including troubleshooting, stabilization, and workflow optimization
• Lead planning, design, build, testing, and implementation activities for the upcoming ambulatory Cupid rollout
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to evaluate workflows, identify gaps, and recommend best practices
• Provide expertise in complex Cupid configurations, integrations, and dependencies with other Epic applications and third-party systems
• Mentor and guide analysts, review build decisions, and ensure consistency and quality across the application
• Proactively identify risks, resolve complex issues, and drive solutions across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Epic Cupid certification required
• Extensive hands-on Epic Cupid experience, including multiple implementations, upgrades, or large-scale optimization initiatives
• Strong lead analyst skill set with demonstrated experience owning complex build, technical decisions, and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of cardiology workflows across inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Epic Cupid deployments within large, complex health systems
• Strong knowledge of Epic integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and application dependencies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, provide strategic recommendations, and serve as a trusted technical resource

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading Epic Cupid ambulatory implementations
• Experience mentoring or providing technical oversight to other Epic analysts
• Familiarity with cardiology imaging, diagnostic workflows, and third-party cardiology systems
