• n:Insight Global's client is a mission-driven healthcare analytics company focused on improving the quality and efficiency of care nationwide. They’re looking to bring on a Senior Data Analyst to help identify waste, improve outcomes, and influence how healthcare is delivered.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with claims data (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Strong SQL skills (Joins, Window functions, Query optimization)
• Experience building or developing healthcare quality metrics

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex healthcare claims + EHR data (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
• Build and validate quality and outcomes measures)
• Identify provider patterns (overuse, low-value care, etc.)
• Develop statistical models to support healthcare insights and trends
• Partner closely with clinicians to turn real-world care insights into data products
