Sr. Business Analyst - Power Platform

We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Pages, to drive automation and digital solutions across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Pages portals
• Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities
• Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle (requirements → testing → deployment)
• Collaborate with technical teams and ensure best practices in governance and security

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have:

• Power Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 experience
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
