- Job Description Summary
- The Senior HR Standards & Process Manager is a senior, HR‑owned role responsible for the global governance, ownership, and lifecycle management of all Human Resources and expense‑related standards and processes. This role serves as HR’s subject matter expert and single point of accountability for ensuring HR standards and processes remain consistent, compliant, current, and aligned with business and system requirements.
- In addition, this role supports HR through generic Workday data requests and process-related analysis, ensuring Workday usage, configuration, and reporting align with approved HR standards and documented processes.
- This position owns the current and future state of HR and expense standards and processes and manages all changes, approvals, versioning, and publications through OpenText and Process Manager.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global owner and expert for all HR and expense-related standards and processes.
- Maintain the authoritative inventory of HR standards and processes, ensuring consistency across regions and operating models.
- Lead all changes to HR and expense standards and processes, including impact assessments, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and controlled implementation. Ensure changes are aligned with HR strategy, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
- Own HR standards documentation within OpenText and Process Manager, including drafting, review coordination, approval routing, publishing, and version management.
- Monitor risks, control gaps, or recurring issues related to HR standards and processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support HR leadership initiatives by ensuring standards and processes are ready to support organizational and system changes.
- Partner with HRIS team as the HR process authority, representing HR requirements during system changes and enhancements.
- Validate Workday data against approved HR standards and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Handle generic Workday data and reporting requests.
Education:
Minimum Requirements: bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum Requirements: 5+ years HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, process management or standards governance
- Preferred Level: 8+ years experience
Skills:
- Minimum Requirements: Workday HCM experience; Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred Level: OpenText, Process Manager
Pre-Requisite/ Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check
