About The Role

Help train the next generation of AI voice systems.

We re hiring AI Audio Raters to produce and evaluate spoken audio data and review AI-generated outputs for quality, technical accuracy, and formatting correctness.

This role combines language fluency with structured technical evaluation. You ll work with JSON-formatted task data, assess AI responses against detailed guidelines, and contribute directly to improving advanced AI models.

This is remote, contract work with flexible scheduling and opportunities to scale hours based on performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Record clear, natural spoken audio following project guidelines
• Evaluate audio recordings for quality, accuracy, and nuance
• Review AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy and response quality
• Read, validate, and identify issues within JSON-formatted task data
• Maintain high consistency across large task volumes
• Flag unclear outputs and guideline inconsistencies when needed
• Support quality standards across AI training workflows

Requirements

• Native US-English or Canadian-English accent with clear pronunciation
• Strong JSON fluency (reading, validating, troubleshooting, identifying formatting or structural issues)
• Comfortable with coding concepts and technical content
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to follow structured written guidelines
• Quiet recording setup with minimal background noise
• Reliable internet connection and computer access

Nice to Have

• Experience in software engineering, QA, technical writing, annotation, transcription, or AI evaluation
• Experience working with structured datasets or review workflows
• Prior voice or audio work experience (not required)
