About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support our healthcare products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in software development, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Maintain documentation related to software architecture, code, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
• Support deployment and integration activities, providing technical assistance as needed.
