• Position Overview
• Senior Data Architect with 15 years of experience to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our enterprise data, semantic, and knowledge ecosystem. In this role, you will be the blueprint designer of our modern data platform, ensuring it is secure, governed, scalable, and optimized for advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses deep finance and accounting domain expertise, combined with a proven track record of building cutting-edge data structures on cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure. You will bridge the gap between complex business financial operations and robust technical architecture to create an AI-ready data foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Architecture: Design and implement the overall architecture for the enterprise data, semantic layer, and knowledge graphs to support unified business intelligence.
• Cloud Data Engineering: Architect scalable data pipelines, storage, and compute frameworks using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure.
• Financial Data Modeling: Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to finance and accounting workflows (e.g., general ledger, regulatory reporting, FP&A).Data Governance & MDM: Establish and enforce Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, data lineage, and strict governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.AI-Ready Patterns: Implement modern architecture patterns (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse) that prepare structured and unstructured data for AI/ML modeling and LLM integration.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with finance executives, data engineering teams, and AI scientists to translate business strategies into actionable technical blueprints.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 15 years of dedicated experience in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and system integration.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in the Finance and Accounting domain, including familiarity with financial reporting standards, compliance frameworks, and transactional workflows.
• Platform Mastery: Hands-on expertise designing enterprise solutions on Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Cloud Data Services (Synapse, Fabric, ADLS).Governance Tools: Proven experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and governance catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Purview, Alation).Advanced Patterns: Deep understanding of semantic layers, knowledge graphs, metadata management, and AI-ready ingestion pipelines.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
