  • Primary Objective
  • Design, build, and operationalize ITSM reporting and analytics capabilities within ServiceNow that support:
  • Executive ITSM scorecards
  • Operational performance dashboards
  • KPI governance
  • Trend analysis
  • Process maturity measurement
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • ITSM operational governance
  • The consultant will accelerate implementation while transferring knowledge and ownership to the Technology Service Integration team.
  • Required certification
  • The candidate must possess an active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics certification or the current ServiceNow certification that validates Platform Analytics implementation expertise. Certification credentials must be provided during candidate review.

  • Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards, Indicators, Scorecards, Breakdowns, KPI Development, and ServiceNow Data Analysis
  • Builds maintainable, explainable ServiceNow solutions using sound platform practices.
