• fications.Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint,
• Bluebeam).Excellent communication, organization, and leadersh
• ip skills.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to proj
• ect sites.Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, CSO, COR, or equivalent

preferred.
