Let's be honest... there are plenty of contractors building data centers right now. What makes this one different is the culture. This is a company where leadership is approachable, employees stay for decades, and people genuinely enjoy coming to work. If you're looking for a place where you can have an impact, learn from experienced builders, and grow with a stable organization instead of feeling like just another number, this is absolutely worth a conversation.
