Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

• Locations: US East Coast | Remote | Travel: 80–100%
• Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 + equity

• The Opportunity
• A rapidly growing owner - developer is building some of the largest and most advanced data center infrastructure projects in the world and is looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to join its growing construction team. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of construction, infrastructure and AI, helping deliver large-scale data center developments across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering hyperscale data centers, major industrial facilities, or large infrastructure projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• The Role
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initial planning and procurement through construction, commissioning and final handover.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, budgeting and risk management of large-scale data center projects.
• Developing and managing integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Owning the master construction schedule from mobilization through substantial completion and turnover.
• Managing project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change orders and cost reporting.
• Establishing project controls and tracking key performance and earned-value metrics.
• Leading design reviews, phase-gate reviews and project action plans.
• Managing the full contract lifecycle, including RFPs, bid analysis, awards, change orders and closeout.
• Identifying critical-path issues and long-lead procurement risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinating major equipment procurement, including items such as transformers, chillers and switchgear.
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers and Superintendents.
• Coordinating internal leadership, design teams, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Developing and scaling project teams across multiple regions.
• Driving projects forward in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading construction projects involving hyperscale data centers, large industrial facilities or major infrastructure.
• Experience delivering fast-track projects across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, cost control and project delivery processes.
• Advanced scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience with construction/project controls platforms such as Procore, Ares and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, engineers, contractors and trades.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel 80–100% to active project sites.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Construction management or engineering qualification preferred.
