SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Primary (Must-Have):
• ✔️Design Tools: Advanced mastery of Figma, including complex prototyping, component design, and design system management.
• ✔️AI UX Frameworks: Proven experience designing UI/UX for Large Language Model (LLM) interactions, managing system latency, visualizing AI logic, and building robust "Human-in-the-Loop" feedback mechanisms.
• ✔️Information Architecture: Deep expertise in simplifying massive, high-density enterprise datasets and multi-step manual legacy workflows into intuitive automated paths.
• ✔️Frontend Literacy: Strong understanding of React and TypeScript capabilities to ensure designs are developer-ready, technically feasible, and responsive.
• ✔️High-Fidelity Prototyping: Proficiency in advanced tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Framer, or high-fidelity Figma) to effectively demonstrate multi-step agentic logic.

Secondary (Good to Have):

• ✔️Experience designing for procurement, supply chain, B2B SaaS, or Fintech platforms.
• ✔️Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock integration concepts and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• ✔️Strong collaboration background pairing with engineering and product management teams to safely deploy scalable solutions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite Senior Product Designer to join our team onsite in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead the user experience architecture for complex, end-to-end internal applications within our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine 5 to 10 years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience with modern AI/ML interaction design skills, directly architecting how users navigate, trust, and verify AI-generated suggestions and high-density procurement workflows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• ✔️Product & Interface Strategy: Architect intuitive user journeys for complex internal enterprise applications, owning the UX for major platform features and mitigating user error.
• ✔️Frontend-Aligned Design: Design highly interactive, accessible, and responsive UIs while collaborating closely with engineers to account for complex global states and performance optimization.
• ✔️Information Architecture & Data UX: Design robust navigation flows for high-density procurement data, making massive information frameworks scannable, actionable, and clean.
• ✔️AI Interaction Design: Architect the "Human-in-the-Loop" patterns for integrated AI features (AWS Bedrock), creating UIs that help users seamlessly verify RAG-driven insights and AI suggestions.
• ✔️Systems Thinking & AI-Assisted Output: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to incorporate AI-assisted workflows seamlessly, while utilizing modern AI design tools to accelerate asset generation.
• ✔️Usability Testing & Iteration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on deep usability testing, leveraging user feedback to constantly iterate on intricate enterprise software tools.
