Senior Procurement Analyst

Exciting new ongoing contract available with a leading employer in Columbus, OH!

• 12 months+
• W2 only, no corp to corp
• On site-must be open to work on site in Columbus, OH area
• Pay rate: Approx $40-50/hr

• Process requisitions and create purchase orders
• Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, pricing, and contracts
• Track orders, deliveries, and resolve routine issues (expediting, discrepancies)
• Support supplier onboarding and documentation compliance
• Gather quotes and assist with RFQs
• Generate standard reports (spend, supplier activity, delivery tracking)
• Conduct basic spend analysis to identify trends or inconsistencies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications and requirements
• Monitor and report on supplier performance (delivery, quality, responsiveness)
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing experience
• Experience creating POs, processing requisitions, and managing vendor records
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or similar procurement systems
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and transactional volume
