Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial and pricing analysis to support revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
Develop and implement pricing strategies using analytical tools and market intelligence.
Evaluate pricing for new products and services, prepare recommendations, and support decision-making processes.
Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor market competitiveness, pricing trends, and business opportunities.
Track market movements, customer behavior, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to manage product-level margins and enhance overall business performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and business growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing initiatives, resolve business challenges, and achieve organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, pricing analysis, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial concepts such as P&L management, ROI analysis, and break-even calculations.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and familiarity with AI-enabled productivity solutions.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
Knowledge of workflow automation, macros, or process improvement techniques.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business outcomes.
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
Exposure to sales support, commercial operations, or customer-facing business functions.
Knowledge of reimbursement models, market access, or related commercial frameworks is an advantage.
