Senior Indirect Tax Analyst

Robert Half has partnered with a growing, multi-entity organization to find an Indirect Tax Specialist/Accountant who enjoys digging into details, solving problems, and helping keep tax and compliance processes running smoothly across jurisdictions.

This role is a great fit for someone with a strong accounting foundation and hands-on experience with indirect tax, including sales and use tax, reconciliations, journal entries, and tax compliance support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external advisors to gather and validate data, support filings, research issues, resolve discrepancies, assist with audits and documentation requests, and help improve processes along the way.

The successful candidate will be:

• Familiar with transactional tax requirements is required; experience in multi-entity environments, cross-border considerations, or broader indirect tax matters is a plus.
• Able to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex workstreams, and meet deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experienced in Full-cycle Accounting including month-end close, GL rec's, etc.
• Able to investigate new or unclear issues, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and deliver accurate, well-supported work.
• CPA designated preferably, but consideration will be given to Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of Indirect Tax specific experience.
