As Senior Implementation Specialist at Windfall Data, Inc., you will lead the technical onboarding of customers onto our AI-driven people intelligence platform. You’ll solve complex data challenges, configure attribution models, and partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term retention. This role is pivotal for translating high-level business goals into practical, data-backed outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of Windfall’s solutions, ensuring customer data and applications are seamlessly integrated with our AI platform.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and configure initial attribution models to help customers hit the ground running with actionable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to influence the product roadmap by building standardized implementation processes directly into the Windfall application.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in an external, client-facing role with high EQ and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical environments.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency in SQL and command-line tools, ideally paired with a quantitative degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
• Exhibits a startup personality—scrappy, proactive, and capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
