- About the Role
- Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to join their HRIS team as the organization prepares to go live with Workday in October.
- This individual will play a key role in supporting the transition from implementation to ongoing Workday operations. Following implementation, this person will serve as a primary internal resource and go-to subject matter expert for Workday, supporting troubleshooting, continuous improvement, integrations, adoption, training, and ongoing system optimization.
- The position will be part of a 5-person HRIS team, reporting to the Sr. Director of HRIS. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary internal resource and subject matter expert for Workday
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide ongoing support to HR and business users
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of Workday functionality and processes
- Assist with Workday module presentations and system adoption initiatives
- Support integrations and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
- Develop and provide training and guidance to Workday users
- Partner closely with the current Workday consultant during the implementation and knowledge-transfer process
- Collaborate with HRIS leadership and team members on Workday-related projects and initiatives
- Help ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday following implementation
- Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on Workday experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Workday implementation experience strongly preferred
- Experience troubleshooting Workday and supporting end users
- Understanding of Workday integrations and system functionality
- Experience with training, adoption, and change management initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite environment
