We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Financial Operations Analyst to take ownership of end-to-end supplier contract financial management. In this role, you will act as the operational subject matter expert bridging finance, legal, and procurement—interpreting commercial agreements, configuring critical financial terms, and safeguarding compliance across enterprise systems.
This is a high-visibility position ideal for a contract specialist, senior financial analyst, or paralegal professional who excels at dissecting complex agreements, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring operational accuracy.

Position Overview
Position Type: 5-Month Contract (Potential for extension and conversion to permanent opportunities)
Pay Rate: Starts at $45.00/hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Dublin, OH)
Training (Month 1): 2–3 days onsite per week
Ongoing: 1 day onsite per week (remainder remote)

Key Responsibilities
Contract Financial SME: Serve as the primary subject matter expert on supplier contract financial language, including accounts payable terms, payment discounts, freight arrangements, returns policies, chargeback advance programs, and non-reversible chargeback provisions.
System Administration & Master Data: Administer and maintain supplier contract financial parameters in SAP and related third-party platforms to ensure seamless execution across accounts payable, freight, and returns.
Contract Review & Negotiation Support: Partner with procurement, legal, and governance teams during negotiations to review and advise on contract language, audit clauses, and financial terms.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct routine audits of vendor master data and contract implementations to verify data integrity, regulatory adherence, and alignment with executed supplier agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise across business units, shared services, and governance committees to resolve non-standard inquiries, maintain supplier alignment, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on contract management experience, with proven expertise in commercial contract interpretation. (Background in paralegal work, commercial contracts, or financial operations is strongly preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Microsoft Excel skills required).
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical work experience).
Core Competencies: Strong analytical capability, comfortable operating within ambiguity, outstanding cross-functional communication, and rigorous attention to detail.
