Senior Financial Analyst

• The Role
• • Prepare the recurring forecast for the Core Services portfolio, validating inputs and documenting drivers.
• • Assemble monthly budget updates, preparing variance analysis and key insights for budget owners and leadership.
• • Partner with Accounting during the monthly close process to reconcile actuals, accruals, and forecast, resolving discrepancies.
• • Maintain detailed headcount tracking, coordinating with People teams and hiring managers.
• • Monitor vendor spend and cloud costs, identifying anomalies and trends.
• • Identify and implement opportunities for AI and automation to improve efficiency in financial processes.
• • Provide day-to-day financial support and respond to data and reporting inquiries from Core Services teams.

• What You'll Need
• • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical finance role, including full budget/forecast cycles.
• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy and auditability.
• • Experience with enterprise planning tools and accounting systems.
• • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including accruals and the monthly close process.
• • Familiarity with cloud cost concepts or FinOps to interpret technical reporting.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance audiences.
