A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or GTM finance within SaaS or subscription-based companies is required. Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting is essential. Candidates should have advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to enhance productivity and analysis is highly desirable. Additional skills include knowledge of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, churn, NRR), experience with SQL or Python for data querying, and familiarity with financial planning tools like Anaplan, SAP, or Salesforce. Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are critical for success in this dynamic environment.

  • Building and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports to enhance visibility into renewal forecasts, retention metrics, and overall financial health.
  • Identifying leading indicators and emerging trends to proactively anticipate renewal risks and recommend strategic actions.
  • Performing variance analysis on key metrics such as renewal rates, churn, ARR, and forecast deviations to inform decision-making.
  • Supporting forecasting efforts through scenario modeling, risk assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Preparing executive summaries and presentations for leadership and Board review, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with Renewal Operations, Sales, and BI teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and metric governance.
