Senior ERP Systems Analyst

Seeking a hands-on Senior ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance Trimble Viewpoint Vista and ProjectSight. This role partners with Finance, Operations, Project Management, and IT teams to deliver system improvements, reporting, integrations, and application support across the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional
• Serve as SME for Vista modules including Job Cost, Project Management, AP, AR, Contract Billing, Payroll/HR, Equipment, Purchase Orders, and Subcontracts.
• Support and configure ProjectSight workflows, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, drawings, and document control.
• Configure and support Vista General Ledger, accounting processes, and Vista Web.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure security, workflows, approvals, and custom fields.
• Lead testing, UAT, deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Train users and maintain process documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and manage vendor escalations.
• Technical
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
• Support integrations between Vista, ProjectSight, and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.
• Assist with data migrations, conversions, and system upgrades.
• Document technical designs, integrations, and data mappings.

• Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Trimble Viewpoint Vista experience in a technical, functional, or techno-functional role.
• Experience with ProjectSight, Procore, Viewpoint Team, or similar construction project management platforms.
• Hands-on experience supporting Vista General Ledger, accounting modules, and Vista Web.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and project controls, including:
• Job Costing
• WIP Reporting
• Retainage
• Change Orders
• Subcontract Compliance
• Certified Payroll
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the broader Trimble/Viewpoint ecosystem (Construction One, Spectrum, Field View, Trimble Connect).
• Experience with REST APIs, middleware/iPaaS platforms, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or other analytics platforms.
• ERP implementation or consulting experience.
• Relevant certifications (Trimble/Viewpoint, PMP, CPA, CCIFP).
