About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR ERP APPLICATIONS ANALYST is responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and managing the UKG Healthcare Productivity application within the ERP environment. This role ensures alignment between technological solutions and business needs, manages stakeholder communication, oversees change requests, and supports successful system releases. The position contributes to operational excellence and helps drive the organization's mission by enhancing the digital infrastructure that supports healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity application within ERP systems
- Align business requirements with application solutions and enhancements
- Manage communication and expectations related to application issues and resolutions
- Oversee features, change requests, testing, and releases
- Provide solutions to complex technical and operational challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, information services, engineering, commerce, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with design, implementation, or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, or Workday
- At least 2 years’ experience managing medium to complex projects involving application deployment, support, lifecycle management, process improvement, change management, or operational improvements
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary varies by location, with specific minimum and maximum hourly rates listed for multiple states and regions
