Overview:
- We are seeking a Data/Engineering Analyst III to support the Asset Management team responsible for maintaining and improving asset data within Maximo. This group ensures accurate and up-to-date asset information is available to support maintenance operations and regulatory requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have strong Maximo experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to create meaningful reporting solutions using Power BI. This role requires someone who can identify data gaps, improve processes, and help automate data loading and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, maintain, and improve asset data within Maximo.
- Review engineering drawings and validate asset-related information.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Perform data analysis and gap analysis to identify missing or inaccurate data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business data requirements.
- Create and optimize SQL queries to improve reporting and data-loading efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives using SQL and/or Python.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Asset Management teams to improve data quality and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase the speed and accuracy of data loading.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of Maximo experience (required).
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard and report development.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python (at least one required; both preferred).
- Ability to perform data validation, gap analysis, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in the Construction industry.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and asset management processes.
- Experience automating data workflows and reporting solutions
