  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with a strong financial background to drive data-driven growth strategies across our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing execution and financial performance, ensuring that every dollar spent maximizes profitability, enterprise value, and long-term customer value. You will manage marketing KPIs, build predictive models, and optimize inventory productivity.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Financial & Performance Modeling: Develop and maintain advanced models to calculate 2-year Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratios, and pay-back periods to guide enterprise valuation.
  • Inventory & Margin Optimization: Partner with merchandise and buying groups to align marketing campaigns with inventory productivity, utilizing metrics like Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI).
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the marketing attribution model, forecast revenue, and allocate cross-channel budgets based on incremental ROI and marginal profitability.
  • E-Commerce Analytics: Analyze customer journeys, funnel conversion rates, and retention metrics across digital channels (paid search, paid social, email, and catalog marketing).
  • Executive Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable financial insights, building automated dashboards for executive leadership to monitor business health.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or corporate finance, specifically within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of retail finance metrics (GMROI, LTV, enterprise value calculation, and contribution margin).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker). Strong advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
  • Data & Attribution: Experience with Google Analytics 4, multi-touch attribution models, and data warehousing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field; an MBA is a plus.
