  • We're on the search for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our healthcare client on an ongoing contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role based in the Twin Cities, offering the opportunity to work alongside an innovative marketing analytics team that's transforming how data drives healthcare decisions.

THE ROLE

  • As the Senior Digital Analyst, you'll serve as the analytics expert supporting marketing and digital teams by delivering actionable insights across websites, campaigns, and customer journeys. You'll partner closely with marketers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to develop measurement strategies, build dashboards, maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and ensure the organization is making data-driven decisions with confidence.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with business strategy while helping stakeholders understand the "why" behind the data.
  • WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • You'll help shape digital marketing performance by:
  • Leading analysis of website, campaign, and digital marketing performance while providing strategic recommendations
  • Partnering with marketing teams to define KPIs, measurement plans, and reporting strategies
  • Administering and optimizing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including connections, data views, calculated metrics, segments, and governance
  • Building dashboards and recurring reports that empower stakeholders with meaningful insights
  • Writing SQL queries to validate, join, and analyze marketing data stored within Databricks
  • Identifying and troubleshooting data discrepancies across multiple reporting platforms
  • Collaborating with data engineering teams to improve curated datasets and reporting infrastructure
  • Training marketing partners on analytics tools while enabling self-service reporting
  • Supporting privacy-first measurement strategies and ensuring data governance best practices
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and business stakeholders

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing organizations through data-driven decision making
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments is preferred
  • Skills & Expertise
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience administering enterprise analytics platforms and maintaining governance standards
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases and cloud-based data environments
  • Experience building dashboards using business intelligence or visualization tools
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing measurement, attribution, segmentation, experimentation, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM schemas, or data layer implementation
  • Experience working with Databricks, Spark, or lakehouse architectures
  • Python or R experience for analysis and automation
  • Experience within healthcare or another highly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, or personalization platforms
  • Experience working in privacy-first digital measurement environments
