Senior Data Scientist

Required skills -- Strong Agentic AI, with PH.D Degree

• Position : Principal Data Scientist Lead/Manager/Senior
• Location: Atlanta – Brookhaven 30319 area/Charlotte, NC 28209,- 4 days per week onsite.
• Citizenship. US or GC

• What is Needed to be Successful
• 5+ years of experience in a data science role, with a strong emphasis on NLP and ML, working in an agile production-oriented environment.
• Proven Delivery: Experience successfully delivering multiple GenAI, analytical, or ML projects from conception through to production.
• Python Expertise: Strong, expert-level proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• LLM Mastery: 5+ years of practical experience with open-source Large Language Models (Llama 3, Mixtral, etc.), including prompt engineering, inference optimization, and fine-tuning.
• GenAI Solutions: 3+ years of experience building Generative AI Solutions, including designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability, and monitoring solutions.
