Responsibilities

• • Develop models for ranking, recommendations, matching, and NLP
• • Prepare datasets and engineer useful features
• • Design offline and online model evaluations
• • Analyze model quality, bias, and failure patterns
• • Build prototypes and communicate findings
• • Partner with engineers to productionize successful approaches
• Qualification

Required

• • Recent graduate in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• • Strong Python programming skills
• • Understanding of machine learning, statistics, and model evaluation
• • Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, or similar tools
• • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or deep learning
• • Familiarity with NLP, search, ranking, or recommendation systems
• • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval
• • Previous research, internship, or applied ML project
