Our Client is Looking an innovative and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI & Machine Learning to join a cutting-edge AI team focused on building next-generation intelligent applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies across NLP, speech, computer vision, and generative AI to deliver impactful enterprise and customer-facing solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Development & Innovation
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models across the full lifecycle (design → training → validation → production)
- Develop solutions leveraging generative AI, NLP, speech recognition, and computer vision
- Apply advanced analytics to extract insights from large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and design teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes
- Contribute to building high-impact products and solutions that enhance user experience
- Cloud & Data Engineering
- Utilize modern technology stacks including Python, AWS, Spark, Kubernetes, and related tools
- Work with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based data platforms
- Process and analyze large datasets efficiently to support scalable ML solutions
- Thought Leadership & Research
- Contribute to research and innovation in AI/ML domains
- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge and participate in technical communities and conferences
- What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in:
- Machine learning and deep learning
- Generative AI and NLP
- Large-scale data processing and analytics
- Proficiency in:
- Python, Scala, or R
- Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark)
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work on complex, ambiguous problems and develop innovative solutions
- Strong statistical and modeling expertise
- Creativity and curiosity in exploring new approaches and technologies
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence and lead initiatives within cross-functional teams
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics)
- Relevant experience in data science or analytics based on degree level
- Experience with open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis
- Experience building machine learning models and working with relational databases
Preferred
- Advanced degree in STEM discipline
- Experience with AWS or cloud-based ML platforms
- Experience managing or mentoring teams
- Strong background in large-scale AI/ML deployment and production systems
