2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Data Scientist leads strategic data science initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that influence business decisions and foster data-driven transformations. This role combines technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver impactful analytics projects that support organizational goals.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Deliver complex data science and AI solutions for strategic consulting engagements.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and develop actionable AI strategies.
• • Develop project plans, assess risks, and align solutions with strategic and ethical AI principles.
• • Leverage generative AI technologies to drive innovation and business transformation.
• • Prepare and clean large datasets for modeling.
• • Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
• • Design and integrate generative AI applications into client workflows.
• • Write efficient and scalable code for production environments.
• • Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning for large language and foundation models.
• • Communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders through storytelling and visualizations.
• • Simplify complex AI concepts to promote understanding and adoption.
• • Document AI development best practices and share knowledge.
• • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients ensuring solution relevance.
• • Promote responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and tools.

4. Requirements:

• • Doctorate, Master''s, or Bachelor''s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field with corresponding years of data science experience as specified.
• • Proven consulting and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence decisions.
• • Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• • Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and ethical data practices.
• • Experience with software engineering lifecycle practices including version control, testing, DevOps, and ML solution deployment.
• • Experience with AI-assisted coding and specification-driven development.
• • 1 to 3 years of consulting experience in technical or management roles.
• • Experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800.00 to $234,700.00 per year.
