I'm working with a global technology consultancy on a large-scale AI and Machine Learning programme focused on building next-generation personalised customer experiences.

This is an opportunity to work on production-scale recommendation engines, deep learning models and Generative AI solutions that influence millions of customer interactions. You'll be solving complex machine learning challenges, collaborating with experienced engineering and product teams, and helping shape AI-driven customer experiences from concept through to deployment.

• What you'll be doing
• Design, build and improve large-scale recommender systems using deep learning techniques.
• Develop models that combine customer behaviour, product information and contextual data to deliver highly personalised experiences.
• Apply Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to customer-facing products and intelligent recommendation systems.
• Design hybrid AI solutions combining traditional machine learning with LLM-powered capabilities.
• Build, evaluate and optimise machine learning models in production environments.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure business impact.
• Develop scalable datasets, pipelines and workflows to support AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

We're interested in people with experience in:

• Building production recommender systems using deep learning.
• TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Python, SQL and Apache Spark.
• Machine learning experimentation, statistics and data analysis.
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Designing scalable machine learning solutions.
• Data Engineering or MLOps (highly desirable).
• Databricks (advantageous).
